Check the forecast. Pick a fine spell: PMF needs 3-4 dry days so the rain doesn’t wash it away.

Mix 1 part PMF with 10 parts water in a garden pressure sprayer. Use 5:1 for lichen.

Spray the surface & leave it to work. No need to scrub, waterblast or rinse.
What to expect.

Moss usually starts turning brown within 4-6 hours.

Moss, mould & algae then fade away over time. This can take a couple of weeks.
Results vary with how bad the growth is & how heavily you spray.
