Order processing times

Our orders are processed same day or within 1 business days.

Delivery times

We courier from our location in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. We currently courier to New Zealand addresses.

  • Orders couriered within the north island will arrive in 1-2 business days.
  • Orders couriered to the south island will arrive in 2-3 business days.

Courier costs

  • Orders delivered to an address in New Zealand (including rural):
    • Free Delivery on orders over $99. 
    • On orders under $99: flat rate of $10.

Local delivery

We currently offer free delivery to our local community of Hamilton, New Zealand & surrounding areas, those "just out of town" including: Ngaruawahia, Gordonton, Horsham Downs, Puketaha, Newstead, Matangi, Tamahere, Rukuhia, Templeview, Koromatua, Whatawhata, Rotokauri, Te Kowhai, Horotiu ...

At checkout, if you enter a delivery address within 19 kms of CleanThings the 'Free Local Delivery' option should appear pre-selected. Free delivery is available to you when you make your purchase. 

Local deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 days.
